4 Houston Center was completed in 1982 and occupies 2 city blocks. The building is bounded by McKinney, Austin, Lamar and San Jacinto Streets. The tower features12 floors of Class A office space, four underground parking levels accommodating approximately 517 automobiles and a 190,000 square foot retail center. Net rentable area of building is 674,246 square feet.
