1 Houston Center was completed in 1978 and occupies the full city block bounded by Walker, McKinney, San Jacinto and Caroline Streets. The tower features 46 floors of Class A office space, two underground parking levels accommodating approximately 315 automobiles, and dramatically appointed lobby areas. Total net rentable office area is 1,061,351 square feet.
